Windows 11 with E Cores is active. The ASRock Z790M PG Lightning/D4 board is ready; I’ll review the BIOS soon.

Check HWiNFO to view your turbo power settings. Using default values may restrict performance during Cinebench, leading to higher temps but lower scores. With strong cooling, aim for at least 300W on both limits for optimal results.

The issue might lie with this board. It seems less robust for LGA 1700 and could be throttling the CPU. If you can use a VRM temperature sensor, look at the VRM readings—likely around 110°C, which is warm enough to cause this problem. If it stays cooler, check the power limits; some ASRock boards limit lower-end models to prevent overheating, though that isn't universal.

The price is quite low, but I receive 24k shares for a 13,600k investment.
