I've pushed up to 1.365v into my stock cooler and haven't noticed the core exceeding ~70c during cinebench runs. If your GPU load drops below ~90% while playing BF4, I'd consider upgrading that component.

I'm testing mine 4.4 GHz at 1.3 v with an 212 EVO, and temperatures stay in the low 50s during stress tests in AIDA 64 (room temp around 21–22°C). This is significantly hotter than typical gaming loads. It might have helped keep things cooler if possible.
