No, you won't need to OC the g3258 for playing BF4 at 60fps ultra.

Hello. Please specify the GPU model and its recommended resolution. Overclocking should certainly boost your FPS.

I don’t have specific details about the GPU or resolution. Let me know your preferences and I’ll tailor it accordingly!

Not overclocked, you're expecting a lot. I'd estimate around 60 FPS with about 10-15 players, though it really depends on the GPU.

It should boost your FPS significantly. I'm not sure if you'll maintain consistent 60FPS on Ultra.

Even if I need to raise some settings, as long as I maintain 60 FPS, that's all I care about!

Absolutely boost this chip. Your starting point really depends on the specific model you picked, but you should be able to hit around 4.2GHz even with the default cooler setup. I’ve had to tweak it to 4.2/1.26 for a while, and the temps stayed under 65°C during intense usage like 1440p streaming.

My top priority is to increase performance, but I want to avoid overheating the stock cooler.

As I mentioned, everything is okay. That was under an ambient temperature close to 26 degrees Celsius.
