It appears the system handles XMP memory up to 3200Mhz, though I strongly advise against boosting your CPU without proper VRM cooling.

Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it. VRM heat is a concern. Do you own this already? If not, there is no reason you can't get a decent B450 motherboard. Also what CPU are you using? https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Motherboards/PRIME-A320M-K/

A320 chipset boards are not intended for overclocking. AMD states that only memory configuration via docp/xmp is permitted, though some BIOS versions might offer limited adjustments.
