Consider the resell value of the DDR4 without factoring in esports titles benefits from the 3D cache. Compare this to a tuned 5600X; it should handle 4.7-4.8 GHz allcore, while PBO tuning might push it to around 5 GHz singlecore. Also note the used price is about $80.
