I've been gaming for roughly six hours and haven't encountered any problems. I'm currently outside Nevada. It's unclear if the issue is due to a regional server outage? Also, I've been playing every day since last Thursday.

Observe the interruptions? It's not FPS, it's server delay, then observe the repeated reload... I access the scoreboard to display latency too.
