MM and chill, both are slow, the game isn’t as sharp as before, my latency stays below 40ms.

Sure, I had a brief chat about Deathmatch. It turned out to be quite frustrating due to lag issues, especially when playing the multiplayer mode last time. Additionally, I noticed I accidentally lost my DMG rank without participating in any matches.

Not as severe as in India. The server in India has been offline for two weeks now...

wouldn't be the case with an older version of Windows. I've heard many users face issues with CS:GO on Windows 10, so please keep this in mind. If you attempted a fresh installation, that might help.

I tried, but how would I perform a clean install? I don’t have a MEF with Windows 10, it was an upgrade, and CSGO has worked well for two months straight. Suddenly with the latest patch it changed everything.

If it worked well before with version 10, I’d delay the reinstall until you experiment further. Confirm game files via Steam. Scan drives for issues, RAM status, and verify temperature and settings. Ensure drivers are current and everything is up to date. Make sure you’re not facing problems from a patch update. (Steam forums, etc.) "How to reset PC" – update settings and run security recovery. "Reset this PC" – delete everything (back up what you can).

It's not just FPS lag, the issue seems to come from the server side. The ping stays stable, but lag happens, causing things like teleportation.

o, if people are "rubber banding" its normally their crap connection or the server crapping out. you don't have bandwidth monitor enable (gigabytes mb software that came with my mother board has it with the killer internet thing, if you have something similar to that check that is off.
