That was the highest I’ve seen. Everyone was asleep by 9 AM, which means my connection is pretty slow. With Fios, I expect around 6 MB/s or more.
Many games need a lot of hard drive space, but that’s not always fair. Titanfall mainly uses uncompressed audio files, while Final Fantasy XIII requires around 60GB—mostly for uncompressed audio across 12 languages. At least I get why BF4 feels so large; its maps are huge and the textures are top-notch compared to newer titles.
I assure you that everyone will dislike that game. Why not just stop purchasing it?
Based on my own experience, loading ghosts in advance and then downloading the multiplayer version didn’t allow me to play until the singleplayer was also downloaded.
