They claimed NBA2K14 was around 50 GB, but after downloading it felt like only 6 GB. That’s a bit confusing. Are you asking if it’s an automatic pre-load feature?

Many titles now demand substantial storage capacity. It's quite typical. Titanfall requires 63Gb while BF4 needs 48GB.

They're increasing in size and cost as well. The PC DVD version is now 48£, while the PS4 costs around 54£. Usually, the PC version was 20£ less than the PS or Xbox editions.
