Many have praised Rocket League, but I’m curious—do you think most players are already well beyond your current level?

Despite not thinking I was good at it, having fun came naturally when interacting with others, no matter how poorly I performed.

It should quickly connect you with similar ranked opponents; starting during sales when new players join is ideal. Even now it seems manageable. I recently played ranked but started unranked in 1v1, facing many beginners who struggled—I was a rookie myself. I’d just jump in if someone was available to play. It’s great to have a good match!

I wouldn't say that. I received it a few days back, and it turned out to be better than expected. It was really enjoyable, and I'm confident the skill level is appropriate for your experience. You'll likely face opponents with similar abilities.

It's often seen as a "test of endurance." Keep in mind, you gain valuable insights more from setbacks than successes.

Don't stress about ability. Improvement comes with more practice.

They're planning to introduce a fresh competitive framework soon. This could be an excellent opportunity to participate at http://steamcommunity.com/games/252950/a...7762318623

Absolutely not at all, especially with the new season bringing a completely new ranking system. This gives everyone a fair shot at securing the best possible position and ensures you're matched with comparable players. I think it would be useful to have someone who already plays the game to offer some guidance, but there are plenty of YouTube tutorials that can help improve your skills. I've spent about 352 hours in the game so far and I'm still getting better, making mistakes along the way. I recommend using a controller and setting it up properly so you never have to shift your fingers away from your boost or jump controls. Practice the hand break effectively and switch between the two camera modes to enhance your awareness.

If you're not confident or concerned about a gap, focus on casual games instead of competition. Those who play without a goal tend to be bad. You'll be okay.
