Grab it—things are easy. Being a bit sloppy isn’t a problem, especially if you keep things relaxed.

We're all a bit behind if you're chasing the pros... but if you're just looking to have fun, that's perfect! I received it a few weeks ago and it's really enjoyable!

You can learn effectively in a short time. Aerial maneuvers will take longer, but gameplay generally does. Strong decision-making is crucial in RL. Know when to be aggressive and when to give space to your teammates. Also, decide when to stay defensive rather than rushing to grab the ball.

It’s really important to jump in right away. I just purchased the game a week ago and have been super into it ever since. It’s incredibly enjoyable and there are many alternatives available, so you won’t face any issues. Plus, cross-play between PC and PS4 means you can quickly find a match with others. That’s one of my top priorities. After trying Halo 5 on Xbox One, the matchmaking and loading times were lightning fast. Within a few matches I was consistently performing well, scoring at least one goal each game, and by the 5-10 hour mark I was leading, earning MVP spots almost every time, even nailing two hat tricks in one session. It’s an amazing experience—don’t waste any time!

I agree and disagree. I recently improved in 2v2s and have been consistently strong in G1. Most players I play with are progressing at a similar pace, which is great. I'm around 200 hours and mostly spent that time in ranked play. Still, I'm excited to try it out—ranked play can be tricky, but it's still one of the most enjoyable games I've ever played. With new players joining often, you'll never feel outmatched. Just avoid ranked for now; if you get it, practice a lot before diving in, since it's tough to climb higher with so many similar skill levels. TL;DR—enjoy it! You’ll feel amazing once you master the basics.

Everyone and your TL'DR comments >_> Still functional, just give it a shot! Less concise version: I managed to get it around launch and played through it occasionally. I don’t officially confirm my pro level abilities (I’m an MLG pro), but sometimes luck plays a big role. There are times I reverse and accidentally score, other times I push myself too hard and miss completely! (That’s what he mentioned). RL helps you find the right skills, so you should be okay either way. If not, just follow the tutorial and learn from my style.

I recently purchased it and I’m really enjoying it. I bought a used Xbox One controller because it’s more precise than a keyboard. At first, you’re introduced as a newcomer. Beginners focus on getting the ball into play and occasionally score. It’s unclear how to perform aerial moves—some rely on luck. No defensive skills needed. Semi-Pro: Fine, but still lots of low-quality games. A player can handle some airstyles. Defense is essential. Pro: There’s a significant gap in skill here. It becomes much harder. Most players can manage a few basic airstyles. You must prioritize defense. Veteran/experts: Uwnt M8, Me rext U Skrubs. Ur Mom. 720 No scope. Check out some of my airstyles in the clip.

I would say not at all. I actually picked this game up a few days ago. It is really fun even if you aren't that good. You will get the hang of it eventually. If you are playing on PC i HIGHLY suggest getting a controller. a Keyboard and mouse will not cut it. There is a Deal in one of the Sub forums here.. I think it was GMG games? Where you can get the PC version for 12.80$. Worth it in my opinion.
