You might need the latest software to access Speex 25.9. Check if your version is current or consider an older one that hasn’t been updated recently.

Could need an update to reach 25.9—otherwise try 16.4. It’s the current setting for voice chat, and 25.9 works better for music.

I think the server is set up. I use an existing one that updates itself automatically, and it’s listed as available now.
