I’d choose neither option. A 3600 or 10600k handles gaming and streaming well. A 3700x offers solid performance too. Edited July 21, 2020 by TofuHaroto

The requirement seems to need something transactional. I believe it’s about Tx4. It could affect cost depending on the situation.

Focus tightly... my 3900x struggles when I attempt to stream and play MHW simultaneously. It all comes down to your streaming configuration and the game itself. MHW can be quite demanding on the CPU.

Aim for a budget build with an X399 setup, matching the price of an X570 or B550. Keep in mind that using an older Zen chip will likely result in lower peak performance.
