For me, 1080p at low settings looks worse than 720p at full quality. Don’t bother asking—this is just how it works for me, hehe.

Now that everyone needs to use GT 710 after our cards fail, I believe VGA gaming will return.

I mostly played on that odd 1300x768 screen. Switching to 1080p really improved the experience. That resolution could go up to 290x.

Kepler is the clear winner! Most of the Titan Black and Titan Z packs are expensive and don’t deliver strong performance, so they’re not worth it for miners. Also, Kepler works smoothly on macOS Mojave, Catalina, and Big Sur thanks to hardware acceleration.

I'm not sure about that deal, but I've been checking out vintage gear too...

Play the game based on your current resources and improve when you have the means.

My gaming console is the centerpiece of my setup these days. I split my time between playing at home and on the go at work. Its built-in display runs at 720p, which makes it still functional despite the many available models.

The response confirms it's still functioning, though attendance is low at that venue. The setup includes a laptop with a 1366x768 display, an Intel i3-7020U processor, and an MX230 graphics card.

Someone mentioned the Steam Hardware Survey, not sure if you found the results but here they are for February 2021: The results show a majority are using 1080p, but the amount of people using 1366 x 768 is higher than 1440p or 4k (2160p). As previously mentioned this is a forum of enthusiasts so you are more likely to see higher end systems here, which can make it seem like the amount of people using high end specs is higher than it actually is.
