Also figured out the flickering. It seems the icons were refreshing. I believe my F5 key was stuck or something. Cleaning the board a bit appears to have fixed it. I tested the F5 several times and that’s definitely what it was. Just need to confirm the F5 key isn’t stuck and that’s the issue.

I really appreciated Calvin's advice—it made a big difference for my new RAM sticks. I experimented with XMP profiles but neither worked properly, so I adjusted the timings, frequency, and voltage myself. It finally worked perfectly. 3466MHz C16 on a 8700k.
