It was via streaming on iirc, similar to xbo in the house, and a win10 PC would handle it.
It seems this was mentioned earlier about a limited-time deal. The link points to an article confirming Microsoft's extended exclusivity for Tomb Raider on Xbox.
Phil Spencer, leader of Xbox, mentioned the agreement has a limited time frame. I prefer his statement over the Australian version. If he’s mistaken and this applies only to Xbox and PC, it would be a major issue for me, and I won’t buy it for my PC.
Even if it's not listed on PS, I'd still choose the PC version. The 2013 title was one of my award-winning games.
