I haven’t attempted the BIOS update since the keyboard isn’t responding properly—even though it seems functional. Updating BIOS usually requires a working keyboard, but I’m not sure if it’s necessary in this case.

Certain motherboards include a BIOS update port and a switch to start updates, possibly even when the CPU isn't installed. It seems you might be able to trigger a BIOS update through this method on your specific board.

The keyboard isn’t responding at all, I checked every USB port and confirmed it’s functional. Recently I attempted a BIOS flash, but the system keeps showing a flash red light without progress.
