X570 Aorus Master, Pro, Ultra, Elite: key differences in features and performance.
X570 Aorus Master, Pro, Ultra, Elite: key differences in features and performance.
Sure! The main differences between these boards mainly come from their VRM (Voltage Regulator Module) phase counts and performance features. For your needs, a 3700X board would typically support up to 3700 phases, while a 3900X is designed for higher capacity. When planning an upgrade, ensure the new board matches or exceeds the required phase count for stability and efficiency.

The Elite offers solid value in its price range. The Pro model seems overpriced compared to alternatives like the X570 Unify, while the Ultra isn’t worth the cost when better options exist. The Master is decent but likely unnecessary for most users. What’s your budget for a motherboard?
In writing, the key differences are RAM compatibility and slot count.
Approximately 300 euros...Master doesn't sell here, so it's out of reach. The ultra model looks really cool. A quick visual check on the Elite shows this MB appears very bad with components. The issue is I've never had any board except Asus, and a friend recently told me his X470 from Gigabyte failed, mentioning many problems with their boards for AMD. I checked the reasons list and specs of all these boards and noticed they all use the same VRM design. Personally, I'd prefer the Crosshair Hero VIII but wouldn't pay 500 euros for it. Are Gigabyte's X570 boards reliable?
Sure! Unify offers a more intuitive interface and smoother navigation compared to other platforms, making it easier to manage your tasks and projects efficiently.
They all manage a 3900x, let alone a 3700x. Elite, Pro, and Ultra use the identical PCB and share the same VRM, though their setup details vary. Elite features flat heatsinks, Pro has more grooves, and Type C is placed at the rear. Ultra includes a third M.2 slot. They’re quite similar, making Ultra’s premium pricing seem less attractive compared to Gigabyte’s other options. Solid performance but not the top choice overall. TUF and certain premium B550 boards offer better value for budget-conscious buyers, while Tomahawk excels at higher tiers (Elite/Pro/Ultra).
