Thanks Jurrunio. I didn’t realize POST LEDs were needed for troubleshooting or that the BIOS FB button requires them. The start and reset switches aren’t essential to me. Wow, I’m just checking out MEG Unify which costs about 320 euros—it looks really nice but I’m not a big fan of MSI except for their graphics cards. Personally, I’d pick Phantom Gaming X; I remember AsRock used to be great and affordable, though now they seem to charge more than even Gigabyte. Phantom Gaming X is over 350 euros these days.
I don't understand you, mate. You keep pushing B550 ads, but I don't want that model. The mid-range B550 costs the same as a cheaper X570, and I always picked the X570 because its chipset offers more value for the price, even if I might not use those features later. MSI X570 performs well at the top tier, while the Tomahawk PG X comes with a higher price tag but features mostly Taichi with makeup.
Uncertain about the impressive builds you saw on YouTube—really thought they were amazing! I’m not sure why they stand out compared to what I mentioned earlier. The PCB looks decent, but I’d check the VRM layout in the Razer sheet. I also appreciate seeing post LED setups.
I don't see POST LEDs in Elite, so it seems Elite isn't available there either. Not having POST LEDs on the board is really frustrating, especially when troubleshooting issues—it can be quite useful sometimes. I'll check Unify later and see what option it offers. I need to compare which boards have POST LEDs and a FB button.
