I believe the newest model is Titan Ridge. I had one to test with a thread ripper, but I haven't used it yet.

You're right to double-check! The Gigabyte X570 AORUS PRO does not typically feature a Thunderbolt header. It's possible you're thinking of a different model.

No, I don't think so. The TPM header refers to a specific part of a Trusted Platform Module's interface, not the general header you might be thinking of.

Anyway for thunderbolt 3 on AMD you most likely need to wait for USB 4.0 which will hopefully come out on X670, next year together with Ryzen 2 refresh. If asrock supports it, sure go with that one. I personally am surprised that there is a company supporting it on x570 boards.

Ignore the specification sheet—it doesn’t mention the Thunderbolt connector. Check the images and videos showing the board; you’ll notice some models have Thunderbolt headers labeled "THB-C".
