This game might not work well on any AMD card, or you're among the few who still manage to play. On the scene outside the Nazi base I see around 28-33 FPS, with a peak of maybe 44, but it feels unstable and the settings don't quite fit my system.

I still get the same FPS no matter how I adjust the settings. It looks like the game isn't working properly.

It works perfectly for me, even after adjusting beyond the highest settings. The R9 290 and my neighbor's 280x both run smoothly. This is pretty similar to your 7950 in terms of GPU design.

Turn off all visible pop-ups from Steam or MSI Afterburner, then launch it in a windowed setting. Check if the issue is resolved.

I handle Far Cry 3, metro last light, serious sam 3, yet avoid Wolfenstein. I've checked forums and noticed others have the same issue. Nvidia seems to manage it better, which is odd. Estimating performance on a 4770k is tricky.

I don’t own Wolfenstein and haven’t played it on my PC yet, so I can’t confirm any issues. It might be related to driver problems, which could require reinstalling. Since it’s an AMD title, compatibility with your GPU might be a factor.
