This was the first time it impacted me; people had been experiencing the same problem for months. How could Microsoft not resolve this quickly? When you search for an issue, you see support forums from six months ago, and now you're facing the same thing. What's happening to them? Won't anyone care about the kids?

He has thoroughly described the work done by Barnecules and the rest of the Windows testing group. Now Microsoft depends on community feedback for updates. This is the outcome you receive. Microsoft is shifting its focus beyond Windows and MS Office to explore other areas in order to generate revenue. Overall, it seems they are either stuck with this outdated approach or looking for a fresh operating system. It’s a shame for us, as many Linux distributions exist. Apple should pay attention and boost their PC offerings, which could help them capture more market share. Have you ever questioned why so many people still mention Windows 7 and 8.1 despite them being outdated and unsupported on modern hardware? This is likely the reason they feel frustrated with what they see as unnecessary changes. Honestly, I share that sentiment. I’ve encountered bugs that have persisted through multiple OS installations. There have been specific problems with my laptop because it uses an SSD instead of a traditional HDD. The sole reason I remain on Windows is my $1700 Steam library. If that weren’t there, I’d switch to something else permanently.
