Avoid using the renamer when navigating through BIOS. Make sure to move all files from the download to the USB drive.

Page twenty eight of this manual outlines the steps for resetting the CMOS on your motherboard. Generally, you must connect a component to short the CMOS pins at the bottom of the board when the computer is powered down and not connected to a power source.
