I was trying to restart my computer but it kept showing an error about resetting it. Nothing changed. I’m feeling really confused.

Sure, I can help with that. Would you like instructions or guidance on how to reinstall Windows?

I don’t believe I can reinstall it. I purchased a disc version and had to convert it to a USB drive, but the flash drive no longer contains it.

I believe I should bring it to a computer repair shop tomorrow. I feel really lost right now.

If you require desktop files and C drive information, try "Darik's Boot & Nuck." Boot it using a pen drive or CD/DVD, install "Mini XP." Once loaded, you can open your computer and copy the data. What would you like to do next? Exit and proceed with installing the fresh or newly updated OS.

Thank you for your response. I truly value your feedback. If you were correct, my windows became corrupted and I had to reinstall the software. Everything is now functioning properly!
