I recall similar problems before. It seems adjusting certain Windows settings in the registry might help. Reducing the page file clearing value during shutdown could be useful, and turning off Superfetch would also make sense, especially with an SSD.

I recall turning off Superfetch in the Services.msc, adjusted the clear page file during shutdown in the registry, though I’m unsure of other changes. Perhaps you should back up your data and perform a clean installation.

Memory issue if the program keeps using more and more RAM. Or memory changes a lot. A steady performance means no leak—just high RAM usage. From your screens I notice Chrome uses about 1.8GB. Close tabs or try a different browser that uses less RAM.
