Retail Enterprise builds aren't available for purchase through single-use licenses on Microsoft's site. You need to reach out directly to place an order or use their business services page. Remember, Enterprise builds require activation via MAK or KMS, not RETAIL keys. If you've acquired one, you can retrieve the key by contacting customer support or visiting the provided support link.

You're confused because your Windows 8.1 setup looks like it's set up for a business environment, but you just checked it and realized it's not. This could happen if you accidentally upgraded or changed settings. Double-check your device type and software version to confirm the status.

The installation wasn’t instantaneous—Enterprise had to be set up on your system. You mentioned you’d reset the activation window before, but I won’t guess further. To get the Core edition of Windows 8.1, you’ll need a clean install. Upgrading or downgrading isn’t an option, so make sure you save all necessary data. Updated August 30, 2015 by ionbasa

Thank you. The employee from Microsoft mentioned the same point, but I don’t have anything urgent to address.
