You’re facing a temporary license issue with Windows 8.1 Enterprise. After resetting once, it’s happening again—this usually means the activation was incomplete or the system needs more time to process. Try waiting a few hours and then retrying the reset. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

No, I haven't entered a key or confirmed the operating system yet.

The evaluation gives you access for a short period. To fix it, obtain a Windows key.

I purchased and set up Windows 8.1 using a USB drive, but I wasn’t aware of the need to validate it. Was this mentioned in his email when he made the payment?

You should have received a key with the package you purchased.

The Windows license key is typically stored in the product installation files or on the installation CD/USB. Since you downloaded it from a flash drive, check the installation folder for the key file or use a tool to extract it. If not found, contact the seller or support for assistance.

What site was it? If you weren't scammed, they should have included a link somewhere.
