I made the changes to my bio and the issue mostly disappeared, but it still shows up every couple of days. Recently, it’s been happening more frequently and is becoming quite severe again.

You noticed the power supply from 2008 is outdated now. It's been a while since you've had this setup. Time to proceed with the procedure.

Are you certain? I don’t even have a GPU, and my equipment is quite basic. I’ve only used it for about a year and a half. You probably know more than me, but I’m on a tight budget, so I want to make sure the power supply is up to the task before upgrading.

The temporary fixes might still be handled by Virius if your Windows Bios Update Software is active. However, since you didn’t mention any of what was discussed earlier, I’m unclear about the situation.

They're asking if you're referring to a virus, but you haven't installed any update software and ran multiple antivirus scans with no results. They also want to know about MemTest86, whether you use the Windows Auto Update feature, and if your device shows warning marks in Device Manager.
