I encounter the same situation often—I select "Update and shutdown (est: 4 min)" only to discover my computer hasn’t truly shut down after restarting multiple times for updates. It’s a bit frustrating, but also appreciated. Thanks Microsoft.
I've experienced the same issue before, especially when it restarts but still has pending updates. However, this is unique—it only applies one update and then it restarts repeatedly instead of stopping completely. After that, no further updates are accessible.
