I encounter the error 0x80073701 when attempting to install WLSS through UI or PowerShell. After running sfc /scannow as an admin, the scan completed successfully. DISM repair also failed with a source file error. Even trying to fix it again led to similar issues. I’m using the latest version of Windows 10. I attempted an upgrade via Windows Media but it didn’t work, likely because I’m on the newest OS. Some suggested reinstalling Windows 10, which isn’t something I want to do. I spent about 15 hours yesterday trying to figure this out. If anyone has any advice, I’d really appreciate it—I’m at a loss.

I'm currently running 1803 Build 17134.799. We talked about this with kirashi before they went to sleep. It seems I'm not on the newest release. I've attempted to update through settings and using the media creation tool, but one suggested I'm up-to-date while the tool reported an issue. I also checked online and didn't find any solutions.
