Check if everything uses the same IP range. What is your network configuration?

All connections functioned within the same IP range as described. Exceptions occurred only with my PC, which resolved after reinstalling Windows. Everything else worked smoothly.

You don't have to reinstall Windows. When you open File Explorer and enter the right folder path together with the IP address, it will display the relevant information about that location.

I understand the issue. I reinstalled it for different reasons, but once that happened the problems appeared at the link provided.

Did you configure your NAS in private mode? Wouldn't it be easier to set up a desktop shortcut that points directly to the server directories?

I didn't conceal anything; it's not just my NAS, all devices on my network are accessible. I can view shared folders, but my server isn't visible even though it's not in the workgroup. When I connect a new laptop and set the workgroup, I can immediately access it.

Verify your Windows login details. It could be that your NAS security won’t let it until the PC credentials are confirmed.
