I was improving my mom's computer and after swapping all the components I still can't have Windows launch or the setup begin on Windows 10 or 11. I was wondering if my actions were incorrect? I've tried all the possible BIOS adjustments but nothing seems to work.

My mom's computer has a Ryzen 5500 CPU, default cooler, and an ASUS Prime B550-A AC motherboard. It comes with random cheap RAM at 3600 speed, a WD Blue SSD/HDD, an RX 5800 GPU, and a Cosair TX 750 PSU. The chassis is an Antec model I no longer recognize. The OS is Windows 10, but it won't boot or install properly. BIOS version 3621 is installed. Everything seems to function, but I can't access USB or drives because the old versions won't work with the new hardware. Since the old parts aren't working, I can't install them and wipe the drives.

Find another PC to generate the USB for installing your operating system. The drive plus OS won't start on your new equipment.
