Keep in mind that 24H2 is quite unstable right now. If it isn't visible on your update page, it's likely due to MS delaying the update for your PC because of a driver or software compatibility problem. Perform a restore before proceeding with the upgrade.

Oh no... I'm already regretting this, I've already installed it. I don't want any bugs or issues. No problems so far... I can always reinstall 23H2 if needed. Hope that works.

It's not that bad, I've only encountered one issue that was simple to resolve and only led to a bit of confusion (it mistakenly thought I was in Dublin, UK).
I usually don't face any of the problems mentioned for Windows versions.
You should be okay... now, is time slowing down?
