Feel free to use any username you prefer, it doesn't need to be "admin". Set a strong password during the next step. This method is effective because Windows 10 was launched.
There is nothing to do. You may install Windows using this method forever without joining a domain.
In general, I believe the direction will stay firmly in Microsoft's direction...

Who knows perhaps the UNIX/Red hat folks will they themselves or persuade other firms to develop additional games and applications on Linux/Unix.
