I've experienced a comparable issue. The updates kept failing to install throughout the day, and after rebooting everything worked smoothly. Now my computer is slow when trying to hibernate or shut down. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I'm dealing with this problem for over two weeks, but I never filed a report. Now I'm really frustrated and hoping for a fix.
The image indicates you're not connected, which may cause the download to stall. It suggests installing the correct adapter drivers and updating them gradually until the issue resolves.
I was testing the internet, which is why it indicates a strong connection, but sometimes the wind update app freezes when I just open it. I can't even access the updates.
