I've experienced a comparable issue. The updates kept failing to install throughout the day, and after rebooting everything worked smoothly. Now my computer is slow when trying to hibernate or shut down. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm dealing with this problem for over two weeks, but I never filed a report. Now I'm really frustrated and hoping for a fix.

The image indicates you're not connected, which may cause the download to stall. It suggests installing the correct adapter drivers and updating them gradually until the issue resolves.

I was testing the internet, which is why it indicates a strong connection, but sometimes the wind update app freezes when I just open it. I can't even access the updates.

Open CMD with admin privileges. Navigate to the start menu, launch all applications, type CMD, click the appropriate option and select "Run as Administrator." Type the command: dism /online /remove-package /packagenameTongueackage_for_KB2919355~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.3.1.14 When step 2 is done, type: dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup Retry the update

I also had a win a few months back when everything went smoothly, then I achieved a win of seven. Now I’m facing this challenge again after two months.
