It's difficult to access safe mode because opening it causes a freeze and then crashes.
Your system automatically connects to your profile or halts at the login screen. If it halts there, press the power button and hold Shift while clicking Restart to access the Windows boot manager. If safe mode appears normally, navigate through Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Windows Startup Settings to enable Safe Mode with Command Prompt for the next reboot. You can also reach this option by repeatedly shutting down your laptop during startup, though this method risks hardware damage.
Do you have a version of Windows? If not, obtain the ISO from a torrent and transfer it to a DVD or USB drive. Use Rufus to create the media, then adjust the BIOS settings to use the DVD or USB as the boot device. Once configured, you’ll be able to access the system as needed.
