Open Task Manager, sort tasks by CPU usage. Look for the process with the highest percentage—usually a browser or background app running. Take a screenshot if needed to identify it.

You're running after effects on an extremely low end laptop. That's your problem. Your device is running normally, the issue is that's just extremely low end. Nothing you can do
