I think it's likely...
What method would be simplest?

Unless it has been removed, there should be a Factory Reset option available. Check the user guide for instructions. This process will restore the device to its original condition after opening the box. If not, you may need to perform a complete OS reinstall. How To - Windows 11 clean install tutorial This guide aims to assist you through a clean installation of Windows 11 version 23H2 or later, and it can also be used for earlier versions with minor visual differences. I also possess a SSD with a perfect replica of the new system once it's bought. What is more advantageous—performing a factory reset or cloning the drive? And should Clonezilla alter any settings in the "BIOS environment," will those changes be undone as well?

I was advised to try Macrium this week: https://forums. I bought a one-year license. Unfortunately, it didn't work after using Clonezilla and AOMEI Backupper... 🙁

I'm installing all the programs and then want to create a backup image using Macrium. MS Office caused issues right away—when I opened the first file, it said there was a "share violation" or something similar. 🤦‍♂️
The laptop continues to get hot and noisy even though the CPU usage is mostly under 10%. 🤢
