The document mentions Microsoft's list of processors compatible with Windows 11, highlighting support for 8th generation and newer Intel Core chips, as well as Apollo Lake and recent Pentium and Celeron models. It notes that the 7th generation Intel processors are not included.
Support for Threadripper 2nd gen and newer models is available.
I didn't realize it, but only ten series X and connected Xeon models are permitted, which both bothers me because most are essentially the same chip from the 7000 X series generation on the X299, with identical die sizes even in Broadwell-E (which is what I'm using). Now that I understand, I can trigger a bootloader using the 21H1 loader and load the firmware from version 11 onto it.
