Windows 10 won't install
Windows 10 won't install
Hello! It seems there might be an issue with the Windows installation process. After completing the setup, the media restarts and requires the product key again. The PC specifications you provided are standard for a typical setup. Could you check if the installation media is properly inserted and ensure the system is powered on correctly? Let me know if you need further help!
The system appears to restart using the installation media. Verify it isn't configured to boot before the hard drive.
Adjust your system preferences, locate the boot sequence or similar option, and switch the boot device from USB to the hard drive where you installed Windows 10.
Many recent PCs start up on the HDD right away, while older models sometimes don't. Open the BIOS settings and adjust the boot sequence.
I understand. It’s easy to overlook details about the person you’re speaking with.
It was starting to load on the installation media, I resolved the issue and it's working now. Appreciate the help!
After rebooting, disconnect the USB drive or clear spam to access the BIOS, then take it out from the boot sequence. You won’t have to redo the entire setup; there’s a button in the lower-right corner for exiting the installation and restarting or shutting down.
