The system appears to restart using the installation media. Verify it isn't configured to boot before the hard drive.

Adjust your system preferences, locate the boot sequence or similar option, and switch the boot device from USB to the hard drive where you installed Windows 10.

Many recent PCs start up on the HDD right away, while older models sometimes don't. Open the BIOS settings and adjust the boot sequence.

After rebooting, disconnect the USB drive or clear spam to access the BIOS, then take it out from the boot sequence. You won’t have to redo the entire setup; there’s a button in the lower-right corner for exiting the installation and restarting or shutting down.
