Windows 10 USB installation fails after setup.
Hi, I received a forced update on Windows 10. It first caused my computer to display a blue screen three times, leading me to perform a fresh installation from a USB drive. The setup is now stuck at the Windows 10 logo with "klargjør" meaning "readying" or similar. I've repeatedly tried the fresh install about seven times, but it still won't complete. I've also tried disconnecting the Ethernet cable without success. Thank you Microsoft for pushing this update that damaged my Windows 10 installation. I'm unsure what to do next.
What’s stopping you from setting up Windows 7? If the disk indicator is working, wait until it stops flashing. It could be a faulty drive, and Windows 10 might be struggling to fix it, which is causing delays.
No other device is available for downloading the Win7 ISO file.
Have you considered giving Windows 10 some time to complete its tasks?
Check the latest bios and try installing again. This might work if you haven’t done it before. The file is small enough to download from your phone and use on the laptop if it supports it, especially with extra storage added. You could even run Windows 7 this way.
