It seems Windows 10 can be quite sluggish to start up, particularly when the black screen issue appears. Sleep mode sometimes activates unexpectedly.

Functions work well for me. Maybe drivers are the issue—try removing them and reinstalling. Chipset drivers caused my PC to fail to sleep in Windows 8.

It took a long time for the system to start after the first reboots, but it's working now.

However, the clean installation will erase my files. It seems the slow startup issue is already recognized as a problem. Still, it appears Microsoft hasn't released any fixes soon.
