Received an Acer Aspire 5 recently and shared a review on the forums... My setup is different, but I have a 120 GB SSD for the OS, a C5 i5 7200U with 8 GB RAM, another 120 GB SSD, and a 1 TB HDD. In Windows 10 settings, features like "show hints" and "show adverts" sometimes slow things down. Try turning them off if possible.

Checking if 16MB is safe depends on your system and usage. It may work for light tasks but could slow down performance under heavy load.

Ensure the focus is on performance issues. The loading time appears slow, possibly due to disk limitations. A test suggested a read speed of about 100MB/s.

No, I haven't performed any cleaning installation from a fresh ISO.
