It seems you might be lacking your chipset drivers. Please install the newest one. Additionally, check the Device Manager to ensure all devices are recognized.

It came with the laptop. I downloaded the Kabylake chipset driver from Acer's website. When I run setup, the mouse appears to work briefly before stopping. There’s a 6th-gen driver already installed for it on Windows 10, and it auto-downloaded when I reinstalled Windows 10. For updating to the 7th generation, there are two SATA drivers available on Acer's site. Let me know if you need help with that.
