I didn't remove it, I just turned off the auto-start. And sure, because it's no longer active, there are no more freezes.

If you're facing the same problem, consider submitting a ticket to NZXT. More reports help improve support.

It looks like these adjustments resolved the freezes.

Well, that's partially true. Without the CAM software, the fan curves aren't used and the shown temperatures on the Z63 don't change. The issue needs fixing in the software. Opening tickets is essential.

I submitted a request regarding this, but they asked for instructions on how freezing works. I explained everything clearly, yet it feels like they don’t care about the software at all—this is my final purchase from NZXT.

You're facing the same problems, but without using CAM. It seems the system is hardcoded to limit pump speeds regardless of BIOS settings. Changing the BIOS didn't help, and now you're seeing inconsistent readings. Uninstalling CAM causes it to cap at 850 RPM, while plugging in the USB brings it up to max speed but no data. The temperature differences might be affecting performance. It looks like the X63 is built with CAM restrictions in mind, which could be frustrating if you need more control. If this impacts your work, you might want to consider getting a different model or contacting support for a refund.

No way! You're facing the same issue again. Have you figured it out?

I'm currently using the latest version of CAM (4.10.1) for around five days—first installed on Sunday—and it's working smoothly with no freezes. The machine has run for at least eight hours daily, which suggests the problem is resolved. At least for me. Looking forward to your updates too. Thanks for all the support!

Thanks for the update. I'm also using 4.10.1 but it keeps freezing. Last night I reset my environment and reinstalled Windows 10 version 1909. Everything seems to be working now. I plan to keep this build until at least 2004, when it feels more stable.

In reality, it's unlikely anyone will use Windows 10 2004 anymore (except for those in Windows Insider programs). The version isn't close to being finished.
