Based on my observations, W7 keys fail to activate during the W10 installation phase.

I purchased several Windows 10 OEM keys from Kinguin. Everything functioned properly without any problems.

I purchased my most recent Win 10 Pro license from a reseller on Amazon UK. It’s a random OEM key, but arrived by email within a few hours of buying and functions flawlessly. The price was below $10 after considering the exchange rate, and it performed perfectly.

I purchased some items on eBay and everything seems to be functioning properly. One of them was a volume key, but it continues to work.

They’ve updated their policies to reflect this: if a product fails or becomes unavailable, they won’t assist you. This is reinforced by the fact that they don’t provide a listed business address, which I consider a clear red flag for my trusted sites.

I might be mistaken, but I think most of these come with a standard Pro license. At least that was true at my old job—we just used Enterprise on them. We didn’t need to adjust anything on the license side when we moved systems from version 7 to 10.

Uncertain about what I mentioned might have been confusing. From the limited secondhand business machines I've purchased using enterprise keys attached to them, those keys haven't worked for me when installing Windows 10 using the same key. I'm not sure how enterprise volume keys function these days; the last time I managed that many systems, it was NT.
