It's tough to say since few games use it nowadays. I'm interested in testing how frame generation functions within a driver, but it should improve if the game supports it. You'll also need an RX 7000 series card for optimal performance.

They mentioned that fsr 3.0 should function well with most cards and in any DirectX 11 or 12 titles. I just wish it will appear better than fsr 2.

first of all, who said that? second of all there is already something like that called RSR which is driver-based upscaling that can only be used on AMD cards since it is built into the driver. FSR only works if the developer implements it into their game.

it works with Nvidia GPUs starting from RTX 2000 and higher, and AMD GPUs from RX 590 and above for upscaling only. Regarding games, you'll see here that they need to support FSR3.
