Identical settings, three switches for on/off... Do you know what this might be?

I understand the issue with clock settings. For higher clocks, use 1.42, but for 3400 it should be 1.38.

It seems the voltage might be too high for the micron E-die. I wonder if the wear down is contributing to this issue. The original suggestion was around 3200, not 3400.

I've performed well at 3400mhz, similar to a year ago.

You were wondering if the explanation covers why you can't start up even at lower frequencies than 2400 Hz.

It's a possibility.

I looked for some information and was planning to reconfigure my CPU since it wasn't an Intel model. While working in Blender, I encountered issues with actions and video playback. I noticed only 8GB was detected, so I removed the two memory modules and tested them one by one. To my surprise, a single stick worked fine with the XMP profile. I'm relieved it's functioning properly now, though I'm still unsure what to make of it. A quick Cinebench test confirmed the performance is normal.
